From your desk phone, press the Messages button (envelope icon) and follow the prompts to record your greeting. You can also configure voicemail-to-email forwarding through your admin portal so messages land directly in your inbox.
Download the app from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android). Use the extension number and password provided in your welcome email. If you didn't receive credentials, email helpdesk@stratoswitch.com and we'll resend them.
Log into your admin portal and navigate to IVR / Auto-Attendant settings. You can upload a pre-recorded audio file or use the text-to-speech option. Need help recording a professional greeting? We can assist β just submit a ticket.
New extensions can be added through your admin portal or by contacting us. We'll provision the extension and configure it for your new employee. Hardware phones typically ship within 2β3 business days after ordering.
First, check that the network cable is securely connected to both the phone and the wall jack/switch. Try unplugging the phone's power or PoE cable for 30 seconds and reconnecting. If the issue persists, call our emergency line at (832) 987-4100.
